The SX460 is an automatic voltage regulator designed for brushless generators. It uses a half-wave phase-controlled thyristor design to keep voltage steady within ±1.0%. It also has under-speed protection and sensing-loss protection for safer operation. Self-excitation from leftover voltage helps the generator start reliably.
The UFRO (under-frequency roll-off) setting is adjustable, and a 50/60Hz jumper lets you choose the right frequency. Input voltage is 95–132/190–264 VAC, and output goes up to 90 VDC — 4A continuous / 6A intermittent. You can easily tune it on site using the three controls: VOLTS, STABILITY, and UFRO. No special tools needed.
This unit is a direct drop-in replacement for standard SX460 models, so installation is quick and simple. We also offer OEM/ODM customization: logo printing, color, and voltage specs can all be customized. Minimum order is 50pcs, and we provide free artwork support.
